That's racial discrimination. Give a qualified white employee an interview and see if you can catch her dismissing the applicant for being white. Then have the applicant sue for racial discrimination.

Seriously, but make sure it's not a kike lawyer, although they would sell their own children for a shekel and would probably take the case as well.
Was the meeting lawfully recorded? Many companies do this and get away with it by saying "we particularly welcome applications from POC".

Not a lawyer but looked at this years ago when I was passed up for a job. I was basically told that being white is not a protected class and there wasn't anything that could be done. A lot has changed since then and thee might be some legal wrangling that could be done now.

Get another job.
Leave on good terms - but leave none the less.
You might - emphasis on might - win a legal fight, but not without trashing your career and future employment prospects.
Word gets around.
The best play is to seek employment elsewhere, starting right now, because these guys are going broke anyways.
They just don't know it yet.
