It's about caloric intake vs. caloric expenditure. You can get just as fucking fat from eating tons of vegan meals as well. If not even more so due to the ingestion of the phytoestrogens found in soy, and other vegetable based proteins.

Quit trying to justify your alcoholism. Beer is not healthy for you, you will never find one dietitian expert on the planet who recommends drinking a bunch of beer regularly. I think I'll take their advice over yours fool.
