Yup, that's the one... I just couldn't bring his name to mind when I typed that response. Of course, some bleeding-heart liberal would say that just "dehumanizes" the enemy and makes it easier for others to use violence, but I think there's an element of truth that we should all think about. Anyone willing to use violence on a peaceable population, destroy a system that works very well, burn down buildings and monuments that reflect who we are as a society, and who wants to impose a totalitarian regime on us.... can they be truly considered "human"? They might have similar DNA (although that might be debatable), but that is where their kinship to us ends. In every other aspect that makes us human -- compassion, fairness, spiritual, altruism, creative -- they seem to lack all of them. In a nutshell, they cannot create so they destroy.
If they ever achieve the lawlessness they crave, their inhumanity will be complete. And it will be up to the rest of us -- the humans -- to deal with them.
It's been said here that the fight is not Republican vs. Democrat, that it is Good vs. Evil. I suspect it will also be Humans vs. Animals and Demons in our midst.

0) Control the money supply.
1) Control the media (news, hollywood, etc...).
2) Drug the water supply with mind-altering chemicals that open you up to suggestion.
3) When the mind is open, use the media to brainwash the population.
4) Keep them in their new state of mind by satisfying their new needs with consumption of products created by oligarchs.
5) Keep them dependent on their new needs by monopolizing all industries of consumption, like oil, junk foods, including, but not limited to, emotional-based industries like music, etc...
6) If the re-education does not work, create an environment where civilians take matters into their own hands.
7) Profit?

i think of this Smith Act
The Alien Registration Act, popularly known as the Smith Act, 76th United States Congress, 3d session, ch. 439, 54 Stat. 670, 18 U.S.C. § 2385 is a United States federal statute that was enacted on June 28, 1940. It set criminal penalties for advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government by force or violence, and required all non-citizen adult residents to register with the federal government.

Approximately 215 people were indicted under the legislation, including alleged communists, anarchists, and fascists. Prosecutions under the Smith Act continued until a series of U.S. Supreme Court decisions in 1957[2] reversed a number of convictions under the Act as being unconstitutional. The law has been amended several times.
is it the same as Smith Mundi Act??

They have to be executed. Their minds are too far gone to live in a free society ever again. Freedom is cancer to communism.
