Wow, it is that simple. Never really thought of it that way before. Genius.

Calories in, Calories out. Thermodynamics. Doesn't get much simpler than that.

Oh, it's that old hoax about the conservation of mass and energy again.
Don't you know that how I feel about myself is greater than physics? Stop trying to impose your worldview on everyone!

And the quality of these calories will determine how your body looks. The quantity will determine the size. Pretty simple stuff.

There's some truth to this. The less mass your body has, the fewer calories you need to maintain it. This is true whether you're talking about muscle mass or fat mass, but muscle does require more to maintain than fat. So basically, the more weight you lose, the less you need to eat in order to maintain the same rate of weight loss. In effect, your metabolic rate is lowered as your body mass decreases, since you're burning fewer calories to maintain your body.
This is not an excuse, though. Fatties just need to eat properly for their body. If they're overweight, this still means eating at a deficit until they're a healthy weight again, remembering to adjust for weight loss along the way.

Is fat not mostly water weight?
[–] Jessee 0 points 27 points 27 points (+27|-0) ago
I can already watch it unfold Shitlord/lady: "So how does a skinny person gain weight" Fattie: "Eat more" Shitlord/lady: "So how can you lose fat then" At this point they will probably resort to calling you fat phobic among other things
