A long time ago when I was a working college student, I worked as a staff member at a half-way house. This place took in released and paroled men from the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to help them ease back into civilian life, with jobs, counseling, and a drug/alcohol free environment. We had this one "client" (as they were called) who had a history of sexual impositions on women. He liked to go to the business section of town and ride the elevators, where he groped and ground his body against any females he could find. After several complaints, we had to violate him (meaning that he'd violated the terms of his parole) and send him back to the BOP to serve the full term of his sentence. These people apparently cannot be cured.
