Why 45 days before action? Just another bluff?

Pizzagate has been flourishing on tik tok. The pedophiles of this country know their time is limited.

We need to have these kids using good american social media platforms that spy on them, not a commie chinese platform. They must use platforms that we can fully monitor and easily remove anything that might be too problematic. We don't want to lose the young goys of this country and get them thinking and talking about things we don't want them to on platforms we can't control.
Remember all those medical professionals dancing like vapid whores when we were trying to sell the coronavirus shutdown? We can't have that again. If they were twitter and youtube, we could have shut it down much much easier.
Twitter and facebook don't cause any problems at all for america. But tik tok? SHUT IT DOWN!
TRUST THE PLAN

What I read the EO is that something will be determined against TikTok, WeChat after 45 days. It did not spell out exactly what will happen. MSM seems to be jumping to 'ban' idea.
In my opinion, if WeChat or TikTok are banned for US citizens, it would be a very bad precedence. In a few years, some other folks would be US president. He/She can ban 'Apps' because those 'Apps' are 'spying' on you. Since when do citizens need government to decide what is good and bad for them? This is the same logic getting the 'Patriot Act' in place.
