Deep-seated, not deep-seeded, is the correct term. Deep-seated means "firmly established," as in "deep-seated resentment," but it also has an earlier literal meaning of "situated far below the surface," as in "a deep-seated inflammation." It is from that meaning the figurative use of the word developed.

You're wrong. Being hungry is the seed. The seed of hunger. Hunger is so deep seeded in your body that you will never be able to get rid of it. If you don't do something to stop it the seed grows and grows until it takes over, like kudzu when it's allowed to take root in an abandoned orchard.

Merriam-Webster says it's "deep seated." No such thing as "deep-seeded," unless you're some kind of a hillbilly farmer.
