Reason is hearing someone saying they can't breathe and not dragging them out of the car and sitting on him. Reason is charging these criminal government thugs with murder, which is exactly what happened.

Reason is hearing someone saying they can't breathe and not dragging them out of the car and sitting on him.
You would last about a half day as a cop if you took seriously everything a crook told you when they didn't want to get in the car. They fake heart attacks, seizures, and incontinence (not really fake, I guess). They fall down or try to bruise themselves to make a claim of police brutality. And that's not even the ones who will jump your ass the second there's an opportunity. You cannot just let a suspect move around freely if you want to live.

Clearly not. I might reconsider if you're able to cogently explain the legal elements of the crime of murder in the state of Minnesota and how the officer's actions meet those standards.
