Many if not all of the states' statutes on unauthorized practice of medicine contain the element that there must be a claim of being a doctor or a medical professional licensed to give medical advice made by the defendant, and I have also seen that the advice given must be specific to the plaintiff's ailment in some states as well.
Basically, no one would have standing for this in court. The judge would say it's your fault for thinking a tech company was a doctor and point out that they never claimed they were a licensed medical professional.

Yeah but they are above the law. Laws are for the poor. They are rich and powerful so laws dont apply. Lets keep things real Anon No reason to play games.
Good idea and also Cinchona powder can be ordered online from eBay, Amazon etc... Just received mine; haven't taken it yet. I've got to order some zinc to go with it as I can't find zinc in stores.
