I've gotten angry, broken many things, not once did I take it out on an undeserving life. I've never harmed myself or others. I can express my anger like a fucking adult. I've never contemplated suicide, that's for the weakest of the chaff. Grow the fuck up, worry about your own life and what you can do. Grow a thick skin. No one is going to help you but you! I've never asked for help. When I was homeless and living in my car, I didn't even ask my dad for help. That would make me a failure. You sound like a failure and a lost cause. Look into natural supplements, horny goat weed, ashwaganda, etc.
Exercise, especially weight lifting or long runs, helps a lot.
Don't listen to angry music. Try to get out in nature and really pay attention to your breathing. Deep breaths. Really listen to what is around you. Really smell, feel.
It's probably a good idea to get away from voat for a bit. Some people are not able to absorb all that is presented here, do nothing about it, and function.
