Repeat after me. "I have a medical condition that prevents the use of a mask. Do you want to be sued for discrimination?"

Under the law, the business can refuse service providing they accommodate access for the disabled. I don't make the rules, but those are the rules.

Key word: accommodate
No they are not allowed to refuse service. In other words, you want a subway sandwich and can't wear a mask they have to provide a way to get you a sandwich without you wearing a mask. If they do not want you inside the building, they have to walk their fat asses out to you with your sandwich.

Flimsy ill fitting paper masks do shit, you need a properly fitted P2 or N95 rated mask (or better) to filter this little bugger out.

Try to follow along. In most states, the business will lose their permits with the city and/or county if they allow you into their business without a mask. They don't give a shit about your "counter arguments".
Put on the mask, tell them you have asthma, or leave quietly. The place for you to argue wearing a mask is at a city council meeting or your county commissioners meeting.

Pick your nose and wipe it on the counter.
But seriously that’s on you for going to subway, just make your own sandwiches prior you fool, at least it will have real meat in it.
