Frankly, she's right.
I don't support Twitter broadly censoring the topic of QAnon, but the way a jarring majority of followers behave with their abusive brigading, use of sockpuppets and spreading of disinfo is something which Twitter should be well within their rights to address.
They should restrict any action taken to those who break the established rules of website conduct, not take sweeping action against anyone who otherwise harmlessly supports Q or engages with other supporters in the dissemination of fact-based information.
With regard to Teigen's situation, I've seen fake tweets lobbed at her as 'evidence' (the fact that 'normies' now know how to use wayback machine to destroy the fake tweets, should say a lot). That garbage list Q propagated claiming she's on the epstein flight log despite that her name does not fucking show up there at all (yes I know, "Q never said that!" but that is exactly what the list was touted as prior to Q and exactly what those sharing it after the fact claim it to be). Ridiculous claims about her daughter, etc.
Now, I get it, some of the tweets she has factually posted in the past are questionable. I'm not giving her a total free pass here. I do however think that the coordinated harassment is pathetic and just goes to show how sheepish some of you really are. So far as I'm concerned though, we have no actual evidence she's literally a pedophile or cannibal, just a disconnected celeb with a shit sense of humor at times.
I'm sure this comment itself will attract a litany of abusive replies, but fuck it, I'm done making excuses for the bottom-tier QAnons who think they're doing a service by acting like a mob. My respect goes to those who dig deep and spend their time putting together information about the corrupt 'truly elite' players, not those who run around brigading shit-tier 'celebrities' (or even the bigger names without any solid evidence).
To reiterate though: I do not support Twitter taking sweeping draconian action against the topic of QAnon and the supporters who otherwise have the good sense to conduct themselves with a bit of dignity and tactful finesse.

With any movement you get retards who really don’t understand what they’re reading. Ever since wikileaks (I know they’re real) people believe ever conspiracy coming their way. 90% are correct, but you’ll get the retards who claim a picture of a fat Jew kissing some Haitian is Schumer. Vet your shit so we don’t look like retards. If it makes sense then go for it.

'Two years ago, Reddit banned QAnon message boards for “inciting violence,” and Facebook said in May that it had also removed QAnon pages. '
' And even then they’ll think of another conspiracy.”The thousands of QAnon accounts recently deleted by Twitter violated company rules against operating multiple accounts, coordinating harassment against individuals and evading previous bans, the company said.“We will continue to review this activity across our service and update our rules and enforcement approach again if necessary,” Twitter said in a statement. '
'Yet Trump has repeatedly retweeted accounts that promote QAnon material, and nationwide, nearly 600,000 people have voted for candidates who back the theory, The Post’s Philip Bump reported in July. '
'In recent years, followers have targeted Teigen over false claims linking her to Jeffrey Epstein, the wealthy sex offender. ', "Last week, Teigen demanded Twitter crack down on the abuse, saying it was impossible to block so many accounts making threats toward her and her family.“I have a family and job and there are too many to target,' she tweeted, adding, “They have no idea how hard this is to cope with."
