Oh no! You might feel hungry? That's obviously too much to ask, especially when the payoff is only happiness, satisfaction, and success. Good thing nothing that is worth doing in life asks for more sacrifice than a little hunger. Only weight loss is so taxing whereas everything else is a walk in the park.

Feeling hunger is as natural and normal as feeling thirst. Unless you have a stretched giant stomach with a food addiction to boot, it just signals you should eat some food - real food in normal portions, that is-

Following their logic everyone should have an iv drip constantly attached to never feel dehydrated?

It's true. Stupid fad diets don't work, but fats jump on them. Moderation and exercise work. A small serving of protein and a lot of veggies work. I guess I've been unhappy all my life because I didn't gorge night and day on the most fattening shit I could find. I eat whatever I want, but in moderation. It's never failed me.

Ever since I upped my protein intake I feel so much clearer and exact in my thoughts. It’s almost like theyre all putting themselves in a constant state of malnutrition.

Fats get tons of exercise.... Lifting food to their mouths.

Yes, you'd think with all the exercise their elbows get they wouldn't have arm fupas. Yet they do.

Abs are made in the kitchen.. diet is 90%+ of the equation. If anything, exercise backfires for a lot of people, because now they can justify dessert because they "earned it" - no mention of the difference between the impact of the 350 cal dessert and the 30 walk on the treadmill.

I completely disagree with this and I have over 20 years of experience and practical knowledge to back up my opinion. I am 43 and look like this: https://ibb.co/ZXnnjSB ,, https://ibb.co/r4LgrXy

I have literally always eating whatever I want whenever I want. Typically I eat at least one baked good every night such as a cinnamon roll. My main Staples are eggs, bacon, hamburger, chicken, pork sausage, turkey sausage and wheat bread with occasional pasta dishes. I also use a lot of sauce is on my food. I virtually never eat vegetables.

So as you can see my diet isn't great but I also supplement with all of the vitamins I need and I lift weights and do cardio every single morning typically never taking a day off. I look better than most 20 year olds who workout.

Maybe I have good genetics but I have found that exercise is far more important than diet. I also get my blood work done along with a full physical each year and I'm a Perfect physical specimen.
