My brother is a teacher at a title 1 school. Aka, niggers and mexicans. Even being around that all day he still isn’t redpilled on race and thinks it’s culture and socioeconomic. Some people will just never learn until it’s too late. The stories he has are just plain insanity. Little niglets usually can’t even write in the 4th grade. They walk in and out of class and roam around the school and regularly fight. If you try to stop them from doing whatever they want you get in trouble and if a parent complains you get an obese sheboon asking why tryone jr didn’t get an A for showing up. Desegregation was the hugest mistake ever in this country along with the mexican hordes.

Does your brother have or plan to have kids? Ask him if he would want his kids in the school where he teaches. Pin him down about why he wouldn't. Libs have a very hard time explaining why they send their kids to good schools while they excuse ghetto schools.

I think the term you're looking for is cognitive dissonance. This is very powerful. No amount of truth can break it.
Yea, I miss Jim Crow too.

Before feminism, teaching and nursing were fields that smart competent women went into because they were respected by society and dominated by women. The standards were high to get in. They could also take 10 years off to raise their own children and then go back to it. Then feminists declared that those were 2nd rate professions and that women should be doctors and college professors. The standards for school teachers dropped to anyone with a college degree. Teaching became more babysitting and playing Bill Nye tapes.

It may be funny as a satire piece but it is in fact reality and then it's not funny.

I know a bunch of teachers. They all agree that the teaching isn't difficult at all if they were given the freedom to actually teach. It's the administration. Lots of micromanaging administrations that only hinder everything, unnecessary paperwork, regulations, and test-based curriculum. Basically, government making everything inefficient and more complicated than it needs to be.
They have become agents of the Dept of Education. They aren't even given the freedom to actually teach anymore. Not only that they can't discipline rowdy kids, so they have to put up with shitty students interrupting the class instead of putting a stop to it. There are all these rules for handling a bad child. After the stories I've heard they need to bring back paddling. The parents blame the teachers for everything, and teachers have to chaperone spoiled brats who were never disciplined in their homes.
Seriously though, if I got 3 months off, and a couple of 2-week breaks throughout the year, I would put up with it. Any other job you get, you never have time to recover from burnout other than a week off once or twice a year, you just keep going and going until you die one day. Teachers may have to put up with a lot of shit, but to look forward to an entire summer off every year in the midst of it all would be absolutely heaven.

I've never been in a school that had corporal punishment, nor was it necessary. Poorly behaved students got kicked out and had to explain themselves to their parents.
The problem isn't the lack of spanking it's the lack of responsibility.

" Teachers " bunch of traitorous sell outs, nothing more than indoctrination officers of Marxist ideology, and other nefarious degeneracy, don't even get me started on the Teacher's Unions.

Outstanding!!! Good to hear!! I try to convince as many parents as possible to get their kids in christian schools. The teachers ACTUALLY care what kids are learning.

Exactly!! When you figure the ACTUAL days teachers work, they are paid very well.
