Derp- I put numbers in wrong... it is actually 16/8 fasting, a version of Intermittent Fasting. You eat only in an 8 hour window every day, in the 16 hour window- only water or straight tea/coffee. LIke can eat only from 8am to 4pm. Big deal. More than just weight loss- prevents diabetes type 2, and reduces cancer risk... lowers all aging markers, blood pressure... really big deal. Dangerous if diabetic though.

And, as you mention hell... here are some numbers that I believe show a powerful hand in play... how powerful- unknown.
