Fantastic - I have an impressive collection of South African books I rescued. Including the first book ever printed in the Afrikaans language.

Before the great book burning of wrong thought?

Oh, it's This Guy again. What's goin on, This Guy. The guy who copies usernames and changes a letter or word and the spouts bullshit to discredit the original user. Seeing as how 95% of Masonic bullshit is designed to pull attention away from (((who))) is actually to blame, I can only assume This Guy is posting from Tel Aviv.

The Transvestigation guy. Who at one point was claiming that Zebras and Gorillas are fake. I mean beyond flat Earth, Moon landing denial, Nukes are fake and who knows what else. I can even give a pass to the last stuff, plenty deny the moon landing. But you can go to the fucking zoo and SEE a gorilla and a zebra.

If you find a second set I would dismantle it, and send it through a digitizier. Then laminate everything.

Someone already did the work for me. You can read the digital copies here

Ty. I would be ziplocking and putting in large bags of silica gel with each book. Or would it last better in a humidor type environment?

Nice. For those interested in this hobby try estate sales and keep your eye out.
I've been doing this for at least five years and I have good start collection of antique books. Several times I have gotten $400 books for a dollar.
Monk it up!

I went to high school in a town named after Schuyler Colfax which has the only know statue of him in the country. Thanks for posting the digitized copies, I'm looking forward to going through them!

No problem. Hopefully you'll learn something about him that you haven't yet.
Edit: If you didn't realize it was there yet, look at the right side underneath the digitized copy and you can see the download options, such as for kindle or pdf.

I love old books! I never find anything like this!
My best recent "old" book find was a 70's Arthur C Clark paperback.
