They still didn't prohibit the forced sale of the house over a trivial bookkeeping error amount of debt.
In fact, they explicitly said the "homeowner" (no one really owns a house when the state can make you pay money every year just for owning it) gets nothing more than the sale price minus the tax debt, fines, fees, interest, and sale & confiscation costs.

Oregon has a similar lawsuit against several counties right now for the same issue.
