a propagandist is a soldier that doesn't have the balls to put his life on the line, if you live by the values you described, he is fair game, in fact i would argue even more so than the soldier he brainwashed

edit: but then much like a soldier, he obeys a chain of command, organized by the flow of money, you could make the argument that there are better targets than a propagandist

Yes, yes exactly. However in war we never get access to an enemy general - and their footsoldiers are the immediate threat.

Right, but before the war you can access anyone, just need money, organization and a couple trustee warriors to help the hit

Who are we that we should get to decide whether the action of another is wrong or right? Is it not better to live according to one's own conscience?
