a propagandist is a soldier that doesn't have the balls to put his life on the line, if you live by the values you described, he is fair game, in fact i would argue even more so than the soldier he brainwashed
edit: but then much like a soldier, he obeys a chain of command, organized by the flow of money, you could make the argument that there are better targets than a propagandist

Yes, yes exactly. However in war we never get access to an enemy general - and their footsoldiers are the immediate threat.

Right, but before the war you can access anyone, just need money, organization and a couple trustee warriors to help the hit

Propaganda seems like a grey area but I don't think it should be. People are susceptible to it and it does have effects, negative if you want them to be. Molyneux for example always focuses on the initiation of force and nothing else, what does he think about propagandist lies that lead to destruction and death? Nothing is being forced by the propagandist in that case but the results are undeniable. I think it is moral to dispose of propagandists
