Uh yea. Like what happened to early summer? Now it's labor day, then in October and then soon it will be after the election when whoever has replaced Biden as President has shelved it and the criminal trial of Trump will begin unobstructed.

I swear I read somewhere that Durham is NOT meant to make an official 'report'....just that indictments/arrests will be forthcoming.

It really is getting ridiculous how long it is taking him and I'm beginning to wonder if there are ulterior motives in play. We are all tired of waiting and this most definitely needs to happen BEFORE the election.

Thank you. I was just beginning to type when I thought I should read the comments already written. You are exactly correct. No reports. Indictments.

US Attorneys don't create reports, they create indictments and prosecutions. There won't be the equivalent of 'The Mueller Report' (thank God). What needs to happen WELL BEFORE NOVEMBER 3rd is a press conference announcing the indictments of (you fill in the blanks with BIG names) and then subsequent arrests.

Other than that issue, the article is spot on about the ramifications of delaying.

Durham doesn't do reports. He prosecutes.

I'm sure Durham and his team are working at full capacity given the limitations posed by Covid19. So rather than say he needs to bring ALL his charges well before the election, I'd like to see him file one big name a week between now and the election. I'm sure there will be plenty more afterwards that would take him to the end of Trumps second term and beyond.
