I usually take my whip and slap my back until the bloodloss makes me forget all the regret!

I give it to Christ. I'm not called to be perfect, and I can always start doing better. Forgive everyone who has done wrong by you, and forgive yourself for your failings.

If that's too Christfaggy for you, Marcus Aurelius reaches essentially the same conclusion. Read Meditations. Start creating things and helping others. Meditating, in the eastern sense, actually increases misery and narcissism. Strive not to empty yourself, but to fill yourself. Write shit down.

Audiobooks. Just finished Dracula tonight. Great book. They help me to ignore that useless train of thought that causes regret.

Not sure, you kinda gotta keep pushing through it.

I feel your pain. I squandered my younger years mourning improperly the death of my father and then wasted my best years with not very great woman.

Took me way too long to realize and get rid of her horribleNess in my life.

So much I could have done. I jist have to realize that I wasted time and try to make up for it.
