They are good for bodyweight row and pushup progressions, which is how I recommend doing them in the /v/bodyweightfitness routine, either on those or rings. But when I see people doing leg exercises on them I can't help but laugh at how ridiculous they look.

Yeah i mixed in some squats with a fly or a row at the end and it felt pretty ridiculous lol. I like to do core work with my feet in the straps and do atomic push ups, bicycles, and kneetucks things like that.

I used it awhile ago to help with some rehab exercises. It's true, you can get a thoroughly good workout if you want to with it.
