Yeah, I can understand how people would be upset. Personally, I think the real problem was in the old coontown allowing so much off-topic Jew shit. I know it's not what you want to hear, but I'm rather pleased that the new coontown is keeping it about coons.
To some, there might be an instant affinity and shared relevance between coons and Jews, but I think it's a bit of a stretch. And maybe it's due to my life-long love and study of comedy, but I don't have any problem with Jews. I was raised to respect their work ethic and huge contributions to society, particular in science and comedy. If anything, they're the opposite of coons (whom they largely loathe). Plus they hate sand-niggers, and are a big ally in our fight against Muslim shitbags. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, etc.
So, while I get that some people are pissed with the lack of continuity, I think it's time to separate anti-Semitism from anti-Coon. Just my two shekels. ;)

Well, you're new mod comes into the new sub made by the coontown mod and harasses users and threatens to rape people. So well I could even get on board with the no kike thing, I refuse to have my mod be a cunt.

Yeah, I'm too new here to even have an opinion on that, just because I haven't seen it (not that it didn't happen).
I think if we were all to agree that the kike thing needs separation, and then focus on problems with more legitimacy (like adding more mods maybe), I think it would help unmuddy the waters a bit. Part of the problem is just the nature of boards like these. They're not democracies, they're not unlike websites, in that whoever gets to it first is the 'owner.'
Ultimately, people will follow the content, and the communities which they feel represent their interest. For me, /v/niggers just takes it a step too far, but that's just me. It would be nice to have one big unified sub with huge number of subscribers, but I'm not sure that would reflect how disparate we all are. Some of us are white nationalist anti-semites, and some of us are race realists who might even have black and Jewish friends. So it gets complicated. Personally, I don't want to visit a sub that says "white power" or has a caricature of Jew in a Klan robe. But that's just me. ;)
