Propose legislation? That won't do anything. The Dems and the RINOs will easily plan a way that it won't get through. Sorry - this is NOT enough. The DOJ needs to take DIRECT legal action against these companies - the ONLY solution.

Rolling back 230 will just result in a beat down of small tech. Big tech can afford to fight in the civil courts.

Antitrust is the correct solution for reigning in big tech. Rolling back 230 throws out the baby and not the bathwater.
