So even if Trump replaces Ginsberg, he still won't have influenced these types of decisions? Unreal.

With the demographic situation, we're never going to be able to vote our way out of this. Independence movements are the only viable solution. CHAZ should probably be encouraged and supported by all free people in the USA. Its success will inspire others. It's probably a psyop too. We're pretty well fucked it seems.

You're living in the past. You will go straight to prison in most places. Okay, technically you'll go to jail first, then prison after your sentencing.

2020-06-15 | California sanctuary law: Supreme Court rejects Trump challenge - Los Angeles Times

'The Trump administration, led by Sessions, filed suit against California seeking to have the state law declared invalid. '

'He insisted California was unconstitutionally interfering with federal immigration enforcement. '

'It establishes the conditions under which state and local law enforcement agencies may deploy public funds and personnel to assist with federal immigration enforcement,” he wrote. '

'The same principle applies when enforcing federal immigration law, said Becerra in defense of the law. “SB 54 regulates the use of the state’s own resources. '

'The Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear the Trump administration’s challenge to a California “sanctuary” law, leaving intact rules that prohibit law enforcement officials from aiding federal agents in taking custody of immigrants as they are released from jail. '
