just think of all the other statue and civil architecture projects he could have helped with
[–] Nerva 1 point 11 points 12 points (+12|-1) ago
"There was no need to do all of that especially while there were so many people around that statue knowing that somebody’s going to get hurt.”
If you do not agree with what they're doing, then why stay? Why not move if it's pretty obvious you're in the danger zone? No, instead keep lying about how you only support peaceful protests, and how it's everyone else's fault that Karma was doing it's job.
Not going to lie, I read this article, and the first thought that came to my mind was "good." No empathy for uncivilized vandals will ever be had from me.

yes. good. fuck this guy and his low IQ cohorts.

Here’s the real question: are the little assholeswho toppled that thing going to get charged with murder if he dies? The dude in Charlottesville got a crazy stupid sentence for something that should have been considered self defense. This was a clear malicious act.
[–] BlackGrapeDrank [S] 0 points 10 points 10 points (+10|-0) ago
of course not. the bar is set so low for niggers they can kill and destroy with impunity as long it's backed by Jewish shekels and a bogus cause
[–] cdglow 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
This was a clear malicious act.
I don't believe that they intended to drop a statue on somebody's head. That part looked like an accident from idiots. I believe manslaughter would normally be charged in this kind of accidental action that caused somebody's death. I'm not a lawyer, but I'd bet that manslaughter during the course of other crimes (such as public vandalism) would often be treated harsher than a normal accident, but I'm not a lawyer (IANAL)
PS: James Fields from Charlottesville should have been considered complete self-defense as he was fleeing a violent mob, or about the lightest manslaughter possible if a charge had to be applied.

"I don't believe that they intended to drop a statue on somebody's head. That part looked like an accident from idiots."
It's called felony murder.
"The rule of felony murder is a legal doctrine in some common law jurisdictions that broadens the crime of murder in two ways. First, when an offender kills (regardless of accidentally or without specific intent to kill) in the commission of a dangerous or enumerated crime (called a felony in some jurisdictions), he/she is guilty of murder. Second, it makes any participant in such an offence criminally liable for any deaths that occur during or in furtherance of that offence. In short, deaths that occur in the commission of a dangerous offence or enumerated offence (enumerated = stated in statute, e.g. rape, etc.) is murder.
While there is debate about the original scope of the rule, modern interpretations typically require that the offence be an inherently dangerous one, or one committed in an obviously dangerous manner."
These people were engaged in rioting and vandalizing public property. They were in the process of committing a felony, and their actions were inherently dangerous (as proven by someone suffering life-threatening injuries).
If he dies, then everyone involved in toppling that statue can be held liable for murder.

The video was posted here the other day. I’m amazed he survived at all, the statue hits him right in the melon.

This is a scientific fact that (((scientists) don't want you to talk about/research. Thicker skull=less room for brain= smaller, more primitive brain=more impulsive/violent.
Did you know black males have the densest bones out of all races/genders?
Did you know it's harder to pull teeth from blacks than whites? Don't believe me? Ask any dentist.
