I wonder if the benefits from slow reps & fast reps in weightlifting also hold true for bodyweight exercise. It definitely is easier to maintain proper form throughout the entire movement with slow reps.

Count me in. I knocked out a paltry 23 pushups before I felt some pain in my right ear. I'll take a decongestant and see what happens tomorrow on a second attempt. It might be a sign that I'm woefully out of practice.

You and me both brotha! My cardio is way bad, my form still looks good but I’m winded pretty quick
