I like @fulldisclosures idea, but it would be a Dictatorship, the people can't be trusted!

My The constitution will have just 2 rules:

  1. All citizens have the power of free speech.
  2. Since it does not contradict my opinion.

And that is why we are setting space weapon development as the highest priority.

Probably a three-branched direct democracy with mandatory voting. Free speech would be enforced everywhere.

Mandatory voting? Or what? Jail for understanding that you don't understands? You can make it easy to vote. But making it mandatory seems problematic.

Or probably a ten dollar fine, or something. It's like a speeding ticket.

In Australia you can either vote or get a fine, it does result in people donkey voting, though.

Communal stuff, based on trust. Sharing what you have of surplus is encouraged but not required. Team work. Like a mix of capitalism and communism

that's not how it works, they still need something to live off of. It is completely up to them whether they want to trade or keep it. You can ofc give them pawn-credits for what they price it off of. The key thing is that only the fair minimums are protected, meaning once you make over a certain amount, it becomes greed, not need. Producing extra is rewarded with pawn-credits. The extra goes to those who do not have. in the form of seeds, or land, or etc. Teamwork is the goal, and if you're only leading for yourself, then you're ruining everything for others.

Pretty much yea, but more sharing and more trust. Once you're untrustworthy you're pretty much done for.
Things like murder. Stealing. Crimes that you cause you to not turn your back on the person.

what if I don't want to share my surplus, and What if I want some of the surplus of others as well?

Then they'll have to find someone who will share or trade for pawn credits.

Honestly, libertarian communism would probably what I could see. Also, freedom of speech and minimal laws. Pretty much only laws that would ban outright violence.

You know those two things are as far apart as possible on the economic system graph right? Exact opposite quadrants.

If you want communism with goods/money and libertarianism with personal choices and freedoms you are describing classical liberalism.
