A lottery. Like jury service. Everyone in power is put there by a lottery. For a reasonably short length of time. No one can extend their stay in power, and once they've been chosen to serve in that capacity they can not be chosen a second time. Whilst in power they must be able to prove that the decisions that they make are for the good of the people.

Assuming everyone would abide with whatever I choose, it would be cool to try and set up an absolute communist government to see if we could make it work.

I wish there were more social experiments with this kind of stuff. Instead of having strong Federal government, let each city decide the system they want just to compare strategies and see what happens. Instead of everyone trying to make their city fit their ideals, just move to the city that shares your ideals.
I'll be in the city that removes the idea of needing to survive. Everyone has what they need to survive, after that your free to live whatever life you want. Just don't fuck with someone else's life and incentivize people to fill the jobs needed. I want to see what humanity can create when it no longer has to but wants to.
that's not how it works, they still need something to live off of. It is completely up to them whether they want to trade or keep it. You can ofc give them pawn-credits for what they price it off of. The key thing is that only the fair minimums are protected, meaning once you make over a certain amount, it becomes greed, not need. Producing extra is rewarded with pawn-credits. The extra goes to those who do not have. in the form of seeds, or land, or etc. Teamwork is the goal, and if you're only leading for yourself, then you're ruining everything for others.

what if I don't want to share my surplus, and What if I want some of the surplus of others as well?

Probably fairly authoritarian until I die, or things are pretty settled down. We're talking a new world here, lots of room for error. I wouldn't trust a representative democracy with not fucking things up and killing everyone or becoming some weird bullshit centered hysteria state until things were fairly settled.
Psychological evaluations and tests for the people around me prominent in the government to try to weed out the kind of people seeking power for it's own sake, or at least keep them limited (if they are invaluable).
After transition, and there would be one eventually, I trust me, there would not be mandatory voting, but mandatory education on political issues. At the very least some kind of test to determine what issues are important to people, and what candidates align most with those beliefs. That way at least the people who do vote, don't get hoodwinked (people would be pretty freaking busy in a completely new world). In addition political terms would be 2 years, though unlimited. However, there would be procedures in place for recalls. Campaigning would be restricted to a single month long period, and there would be strict campaign finance regulations. Willful violations of them (and not just mistakes, people fuck up sometimes) would be considered treason, and would initiate a voting period where the public would get to decide the punishment, and I'm talking write in, the most popular suggestions are taken, and then voted on.
I think that is as good of a start as I could possibly give people tbh. After that it's up to them.
