Assuming everyone would abide with whatever I choose, it would be cool to try and set up an absolute communist government to see if we could make it work.

I wish there were more social experiments with this kind of stuff. Instead of having strong Federal government, let each city decide the system they want just to compare strategies and see what happens. Instead of everyone trying to make their city fit their ideals, just move to the city that shares your ideals.
I'll be in the city that removes the idea of needing to survive. Everyone has what they need to survive, after that your free to live whatever life you want. Just don't fuck with someone else's life and incentivize people to fill the jobs needed. I want to see what humanity can create when it no longer has to but wants to.

A lottery. Like jury service. Everyone in power is put there by a lottery. For a reasonably short length of time. No one can extend their stay in power, and once they've been chosen to serve in that capacity they can not be chosen a second time. Whilst in power they must be able to prove that the decisions that they make are for the good of the people.

This one (press CC). It is efficient and can live on permanently if people do their bit. It is the best i've heard, by far : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_YOzf81VKQ

Constitutional monarchy where the constitution would protect people from tyranny and where the intellectual elite could vote on major, controversialist decisions. Constitutional court would be the only thing that could truly challenge the ruler and legality of his/her rule. It would be composed of reliable people trained and educated from very young age that would ensure that constitutional monarchy and the planet remain protected. These people could not own land or property to ensure that they cannot be easily corrupted...something like a strick religious order-the constitution would be their religion. In extreme circumstances, the monarch would be granted more privileges. Those circumstances would be: war, disease, hunger, natural disasters, extremely desperate post-war conditions or anything alike. His/hers extra privileges would be stripped the very moment those "extreme circumstances" end. In those times, the ruler would be something like Roman dictator.
In that system, laws on the freedom of speech would be very liberal. Slander and libel against the monarch would be met with harsh penalty. Threats, death threats and speeches killings or genocide would be punished harshly. But there would be no such thing as "hate speech" or "speech that offends me".
In that system, I would do my best to promote positive eugenics and discourage those with severe hereditary genetic disadvantages from reproducing, for the sake of the whole planet. Google Hotwheels (admin of 8chan) opinion on eugenics if you are confused about "positive eugenics"....I fully and completely share his views. Of course, this is one of those issues where the intellectual elite could vote on: they could agree on it, oppose or change it. That means that most of the "IGNORANTHiTLERNAZI!!!" crowd could not vote at all. Sure, there still would be there, but they couldn't legally organize outrage/harassment campaigns....those campaigns would accomplish absolutely nothing. Of course, none of them could vote against the constitution.. The constitution would be considered sacred. But that would also mean that no ruler could enforce forced sterilization of others or or order mass extermination of ethnic groups.....by doing so he would lose his right to rule and constitutional court (as previously said, that court would be something like religious order) could force him to either get to his senses or GTFO. BUT...that ruler would be granted extra privileges in extreme circumstances-like in case of extreme overpopulation. In those cases, she/he could enforce "one child policy", deportation or forced sterilization. Because overpopulation is not a joke and it affects us all and "feeling"s could ruin us all.
The greatest challenges of such a system would be: 1)What do to in the case where a monarch suddenly died without hairs and didn't appoint anyone to replace him. The constitutional court could appoint the most capable individual, but there would be a huge risk of intimidations and rebellions. 2) What to do in case of corrupt ruler? Constitutional court would be powerless if he didn't violate constitution and he would still have huge power over the whole planet. 3) What to do in cases of coordinated media campaigns, bribed by foreign governments? Machiavelli, help me here pls....you didn't live to see the power of modern media and how effective it is. 4) What to do in cases or open rebellion and how would a ruler stop himself from becoming a tyrant? 5) What to do in cases of very powerful rulers that decided that constitutional court is no longer necessary and that they should be absolute rulers of the planet? Even if constitutional court could legally say "fuck this shit" to the ruler and obliterate him and his attitude, that would still be one hell of a civil war.....and the whole system gets fucked. I could already see nations, factions, new religions, new governments, new EVERYTHING coming out and the whole planet turning into chaos. And my system is failure. RIP.
Okay, this comment was mostly my "deep" (2deep4you) daydreaming (no fapping), something I wrote while seriously daydreaming and imaging a whole new world...because I am funny like that. This was not an argument at all, I did not try to argue that constitutional monarchy would be the only right way. I was describing my day-vision.
But modern day democracy is indeed joke. In this system, there would be no expensive election campaigns, no "bread and games" every 4 years, no wasting millions of [insert currency] for pre-election nonsense. There would no "left and right" candidates that are actually close friends, no fake elections for the same thing, no fraud referendums, stupid decisions wouldn't be made to appease the stupid majority. No matter how flawed the constitutional monarchy is, I would prefer that system over what we have in most of the western world. Of course...who would monitor muh "religion court? How could I be certain that they would not meddle with referendum votes? What if brainwashing them would not be enough? What the f I am even writing about?
