I never had a problem with FedEx.
Ups on the other hand has broken stuff, wanted to charge more custom brokerage fees ($58 for a small package worth $10) and just simply didn't deliver and told me to pick it up from their nearest ware house 1.5 hours drive away.

The way these people react to everything in this video, to a truck driver trying to get through, to their friend being ground to a fine dust by the truck.
