I giggled at your typos. Where they on purpose? They still make abstract sense.

If they get CHARGED and still not done, stack them in the cool zone of the grill to finish them off.

You can FINAL SEASON with your favorite fancy sprinkling salt (like fries) or serve them as is.

I have never been a sweet potato guy. But I like Thanksgiving yams with the brown sugar and everything. I also like oiled and salted grilled zucchini and squash. Yum!

Might give your grilled sweet potatoes a try. Sounds better than deep fried.

PS edit: I built a brick and mortar Santa Maria style grill about 6 weeks ago. It has 6ft² of grill space. Pretty damn tits. It's been used every weekend since.
