Most of us have. I work with one black person. Nice enough guy but he isn't the bright bulb in the bundle. A lot of latinos though - only one of whom speaks any substantial amount of English. We, for real, need interpreters for the simplest of tasks. One guy speaks only a infintismal amount of English and he's been there for nearly two decades. He only knows "sorry", "excuse me", "fast", "slow" and a few other words. Drives me up the wall. 1/4 of the workers can't communicate with the rest! Wtf!?

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=jam+face

Back in the days of slaves there was no bug zappers. In order to keep the bugs away slave owners would lather jam onto a slaves face and make them walk beside them. The bugs would naturally be attracted to the jam leaving the slave owner bug free.
