If you don't have access to a apple store, you can try looking around for a battery replacement, or you should get a new phone. Your battery is barely two thirds into it's life cycle and has lost 40% of it's capacity, instead of less than 20%. It is hardware defect so if you don't have access to any Apple dealers, then you can always phone them and get them to send a pre-paid box so you can send it in directly.
