Why does attractiveness of literal trash you're going to throw away influence your decision on completely unconnected hardware? I have no idea what you mean by the "experience" either.

Ever bought a product where the packaging made you wonder if you'd made a mistake

No. What? It's cardboard.

Throw it away? Are you kidding? I have it on display on my shelf, beside my other computer stuff. The data sheets, spare parts, and other misc. are stored inside the box.

Experience:

practical contact with and observation of facts or events.

an event or occurrence that leaves an impression on someone.

encounter or undergo (an event or occurrence).

Experience is the first person effects or influence of an event or subject gained through involvement in or exposure to it.

Quality of experience is why some people choose not to live in a ghetto surrounded by niggers. It's why people don't defecate on their own kitchen floor, and why attractive and durable packaging sells more products than nigger-tier packaging.

Presentation is often considered to be a critical component of a experience. It's why there's a price difference between a restaurant where they clatter your plate onto the table and say "Here", and a place where they arrange the food on the plate in an attractive manner, and the delivery is performed with care and deference.

Maybe I'm reading too much into your mystification about 'experience', but you make it sound like you've pared away all the elements from your life that aren't essential for basic survival. That, or maybe you just hate cardboard.
