No. The Tonapah Nuclear Test Range is typically active only during underground nuclear weapons tests. Anything that produces magnitude 6.5 earthquake at 2800 feet below ground is a big motherfucker. We need to go back to the seismic records of the 60s weapons tests to see anything that big.
