Conspiracy to commit a misdemeanour is a felony.

So then what's the charge for a conspiracy to disarm the son of a former police investigator who put you in jail?

No, they wont be charged, because they didn't break the law. A citizens's arrest of a fleeing suspect isn't breaking the law. The two men in the pickup didn't charge anyone. The thief charged someone holding a shotgun, thereby causing it to discharge. Case closed.

Two retards witnessed what they thought was someone trespassing.

The two retards went to get a shotgun with INTENT to intervene rather than wait for law enforcement.

It will be proven in front of a jury that the two retards murdered that trespasser.

Convicting the retards is going to be easy as baking a cake... the icing on top is the tears of imbeciles like you.

No, the guy in the truck was a former Police Investigator who knew full-well who the "jogger" was because he had already interviewed him during an investigation, and the "jogger" knew exactly who they were, which is why he attacked them. The former investigator knew full-well the "jogger" had priors for illegally carrying weapons.
