I've been having the same thoughts. Also, I can't get passed Matt Goetz recently saying that Trey Gowdy and Paul Ryan blocked subpoena power in the early days of the Coup against President Trump. Then after some analysis I came to the conclusion that he is wording his responses very carefully so that his words won't come back to haunt him in the press or during a Senate confirmation hearing in the event that the President appoints him to a Govt. post in the future. Also, I believe Trey was smart enough to realize had the process gone forward in 2017 and early 2018, the House would have screwed it all up. Between the grandstanding and obstructing of the filthy, dishonest democrats and the utter incompetence of all, except for a few shining stars in the Freedom Caucus, the whole process would have gone to hell. Add the fake, leftie, liberal media to the mix, Justice would not have stood a chance. I'm still with Trey.

“Obvious flaws have been pointing him out as a weak faggot sleazy politician - moreso sneaky than most. I am still supporting the spineless tool because I am one too and he resonates with me.”

I like Trey Gowdy, his views areally more inline with mine more than any other political person except Ron Paul.

From day one, a Paul Ryan backer (and still is). Going back to "Bengazi" he has been the toothless bulldog. A shiny dud. From Trumps election, he praised the dirty cops in FBI/DOJ/ other who targeted the administration. All were such great honorable men. Why doesn't Maria ask about all the rose petals he threw at "ol MuleFaces feet. Remember when, with straight face, and hair, Gay Trowdi Doodie would gush over Mueller, the great selfless long serving, marine hero, patriot top notch honest G-Man? Listen from 4:25. No need for this to go to Obama. Why, after all, just having the top folks who are already implicated is more than enough to "embarrass the administration" (bit of a slip...he meant the previous** administration). He is suggesting "Justice" = embarrassing them and calling it a day. He did the same several days ago on Hannity regarding MSM reporters. He pretty much threatened to "call out by name" by golly wiz, any reporter who said orange man bad.It ain't prison or the firing squad but what the hey. Gowdy Doodie justice. Now can we move on? How about them Bears?

Agreed - Permit me to go off on the tangent a little.
The whole nature of the legal "profession" is about compromise and deal making. Justice has nothing to do with how they "practice." The key is to bend everything to the point of breakage - many times going beyond. The courts allow their malfeasance and are complicit. Their double speak allows them to move into politics. Theirs is a grey world of no absolutes - no real sense of any clear right or wrong. Ethical or moral lines are subjective and movable; subservient to other agendas. Those of us who do have boundaries can only look at this other world and shake our heads in disgust and somewhat in disbelief of the BS in full display.
I agree. Lawyers should not be politicians.

You called it there Patriot. I questioned him before, but it was sealed for me when he did a complete roll over with the Benghazi hearings. He is compromised. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, if he had cajones at one time, he most certainly now has been neutered.
As far as the tie - it is lavender instead of the darker purple the rest of them wear. I guess that means he is a lower level swamp minion.

Used to think he was a swamp cleaner. Not so much now, a turncoat at best a traitor at worst.
