Why the fuck didn’t this “crisis” cause an explosion in the use of drone deliveries for small, local packages? Is it because that’s a form of decentralization and jews are terrified of it?

It doesn't exist simply because the logistics aren't there yet. Drones are the least efficient mobility device we have available. Helicopters would consume less power to move the same weight, and planes moreso, trucks even more, and trains are the best. I can give a complete analysis into why drones can't do this job, if you like.
Actually, they want this, as it forces people who would be inclined to shoot down any drone as being hostile to identify their targets first, which is practically impossible. The idea is to hook us onto a technology they want to use to confuse our countermeasures.
The first guy who shoots down an Amazon drone (e.g.) would be smeared nationally as an example.
I wanted to do something similar with torrent. I actually wrote a game networking program that used torrent trackers to host lobbies and the torrent protocol for control information - the idea being to 'legitimize' torrent as much as possible, and make countermeasures difficult.

Do you mean in the “energy cost/productivity ratio” sense? If so, I’d like to know more. On the face of the situation, the idea of having a 40 pound electric drone pick up a 5 pound package, fly it straight to a house a few miles away, and then come back seems more efficient (faster, lower cost, etc.) than having a 2000 pound gasoline car drive along roads to do the same. Obviously drones are far less efficient for anything other than localized (intra-city) transport, but even there they’re least efficient?
