The shotgun approach to prosecution isn't reasonable. Anyone who gets 50 charges at once would lose, its completely insane they throw in jaywalking and misdemeanor charges in a trial involving felonies.

It would also force the government to do their job. Prosecutors would have to have a solid case instead of just the threat of jail time.
