We get ALOT of Hardened Stainless jobs. Inconel is fairly common, I'm personally working with Titanium job right now that's like $900 in material per part. We used to cut Tungsten in some ancient vertical mill we ended up getting rid of. I've seen Cobalt alloys, Waspaloy, and a bunch of other just really insufferably difficult alloys (they dont tell us what it is) that we just guess how hard it is and try to not spend 10 grand on tooling in a week.

Ya compared to tooling cost the machines are cheap . Gotta keep them ears tuned while its in the mill .
