My advice to you would be to keep it simple. Develop a basic solid upper body workout routine and stick to it, people tend to overcomplicate lifting. You can build a killer upper body physique with four or five different lifts. I usually get most of my leg workouts from my elliptical which I put on Hill Climb mode. That thing will destroy most people!

That sounds great. I've already maxed out the incline on the elliptical when I'm doing marathon training. I've got a routine on the wall at the gym listing out everything that I need to get done. It's going great so far.

You can buy really great Fitness posters on Amazon. Just searched Fitness posters. You can buy bodyweight exercise ones, stretching ones, lifting ones. I have them plastered all over my gym
