I've had so many opportunities open up to me afterwards I had to turn many of them down. I'm going to definitely build up the muscle. My triceps are surprisingly weak, and I'm focusing on upper body. I definitely can feel how my more dominant right side has a better handling and grip, I'm working to change that. My goals have not been reached, and I've not begun to give my true effort. I know that I will never stop. The best thing that I can say to anyone else is that if I can accomplish what I did, than there is no excuse for anyone else AT ALL.

My advice to you would be to keep it simple. Develop a basic solid upper body workout routine and stick to it, people tend to overcomplicate lifting. You can build a killer upper body physique with four or five different lifts. I usually get most of my leg workouts from my elliptical which I put on Hill Climb mode. That thing will destroy most people!

That sounds great. I've already maxed out the incline on the elliptical when I'm doing marathon training. I've got a routine on the wall at the gym listing out everything that I need to get done. It's going great so far.
