Yesterday in PA it was announced that 800 people died in nursing homes of Covid-19 out of 1631 deaths. Of of the other 800 plus how many more were elderly? had underlying conditions? Very few have died who were otherwise healthy. How many died of something else all together?. What damned waste of effort, time, money, our future. This is criminal.

Venting is not the correct protocol, the patients need a blood transfusion to replace the red blood cells. we have a right to try in America and we may have to demand the protocol we want.

You are correct. It is not a lung problem until the very end when the body spins up everything to try to save itself. The most effective treatment along with a blood transfusion is using hyperbaric oxygen therapy. This involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized room or tube. Everyone knows hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a well-established treatment for decompression sickness, a hazard of scuba diving. We treat other conditions treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy include serious infections, bubbles of air in your blood vessels, and wounds that won't heal as a result of diabetes or radiation injury.
The basic principle behind hyperbaric chamber therapy is that cells repair themselves more efficiently when exposed to a higher oxygen content via the blood. It forces the hemoglobin to take on more oxygen.
