I need to save this for the next time someone gives me crap about making fun of hams working out. I'm an avid fat hater, but you know what, if I see a ham actually working out I'll give them a pass. You know why this isn't fat sympathy? Because IT NEVER FUCKING HAPPENS. I have never in my life seen an actual ham seriously working out. The closest I remember was back in HS cross country, but those guys weren't really hams, they were 14-year-olds who had some belly fat for growing (they did finish growing a few years later and lost the weight).

So yeah, Imma say even here where I can get banned for it, if you're a ham and actually working out, I'll give you a big pat on the back. I can say this without fear of the banhammer because I know it will never happen.

Ive noticed that the only hams (usually dudes) that go to the gym strength train and dont even touch the cardio machines. I feel like this is so counter productive.

You're absolutely right. Only 1 in 210 obese men ever reach a healthy weight again. That's less than 0.5% You're more likely to see a dwarf than a former manplanet.

There are strangely a lot of female hams at my gym and I can say that I have never seen one of them work up a legit sweat (minus the ass sweat they all seem to leave behind) the entire time I have been at this gym (a year now). The majority like to sit on those stupid ab rotation machines and talk on their phones or lay on the mats pretending to do sit ups or walk on the treadmill at a pace that would be humiliating for normal people.

Same here. I always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially since I used to be a lard guzzler.

But every time, the fat fucks just put in some half-assed effort that makes me roll my eyes so hard they strain, then get this cocky look on their faces and even give me condescending looks when I start my first sets with light weights to warm up and work on my form. Then they don't clean after themselves, and they just get in my fucking way when I'm trying to follow my routine.

Now I just hate.
