Interesting that people can actually imagine that when secure communications exist as a readily available option -- including sending an envoy to convey major demands, requirements, or agreements in person but many other ways as well, including secure encryption rathe than this stuff -- people like Trump instead communicate withothers via batshit-crazy open-to-any-interpretation bullshit like this.

Why would it need to be secure? Actually there is a huge benefit for it to be open source and open to interpretation, which gives it some plausible deniability , I'm not sold on all of these decode type things myself ,there is a subjectivity to it that can go wonky.The fact that you popped in to decry it is humorous though!
