I've watched that video before. I know some real braniacs like that guy in the Nasa video. The type of people that view their body as vessel to move their brain from one place to another, types. These people refer to calculators as technology, as shovels as technology and windmills as technology. Anything that is an advancement over the baseline human capabilities of labor and production is technology. And technically that is true. But I do believe we do not have the "technology" to go to the moon to day (That piece of technology is the Apollo rocket), But he doesn't mean that we can't ever go to the moon again, just that we don't presently have that, individual "technology" right now to do so.
