Sort of like updating the whistle blower form to take hearsay evidence, huh?

Great question.

Great point. That seems to be the Dem/LawFare modus operandi. Tweak the language, tweak the process, artificially generate the numbers required to support the DS propaganda.

Steven Schwartz is listed as the Director of Stats. Interestingly, there is also a longtime prof. from Washington who recently died from Covid-19. How can you find out if they are the same?

A bit of digging shows it's not the same guy.

Steven Schwartz, MD at UW

Steven Schwartz, Phd at CDC is in Maryland

That is the other strange thing, they are not telling you who passed from COVID 19. But you get in a car accident or anything else the news plasters your name. Why not with COVID 19?

The blue for shows a date of 8/4 at the bottom, so it is old. The CODE for COVID did not come in until March 24th. On Feb 26th the City of SF declared a state of emergency, which was before everyone else. So are we to believe for 30 days or so they know people died from COVID 19 how? By writing it in?

I did post that the blue form was the 'original' form. I don't know if the form itself has changed. Interim guidelines were issued on Feb 20.
