Citizens residing outside of birth/residential states due to work/military service do vote by mail.
That's a "norm". An "exception". There is no reason persons currently residing in state of birth/registered residence should vote by mail. That's an exception for extenuating circumstance. Get it through your nigger skull.

Absentee ballots are a very small number, not more than the number of registered voters, or even more than the actual number of people living in that County. Your emotional side has total control, and the MSM plays you like a fiddle... sorry to break the news, but if your loved ones don't care enough about you to tell you the truth, then you must wake up on your own. People that care about will level with you, regardless if it upsets you.
