Fats assault our noses with their odors and invade our personal space with their bloated bodies yet expect nobody to ever say anything, let alone health professionals who gasp know better than they do? They break chairs, they leave shit around in the wrong places at stores because they're too lazy to scooter back to where they got it, they take up the space of 3 normal people on crowded transit, and feast at each meal when there are people starving down the street from them. They gaslight about how much they eat and weigh and get triggered when everybody knows it's bullshit and dares to question it. If being fat actually was a genetic issue and not about gorging on garbage, there would not have been a population explosion of hamplanets in the past couple decades. They don't have a fucking leg to stand on, because they lost it due to diabetus. Fuck fat people.

Fuck, back when I was in med school I had to help "start a urinary catheter." Turns out the woman was 400+ lbs, could barely move her legs, and her pannus(or Gunt) was completely covering what used to be a normal human vagina. My job was to hold the right leg over my shoulder, another student had to hold the left leg, and another had to pull the Pannus up so the nurse could get to this angry red region where the vagina used to be.
The stench literally made me gag...and I had a mask on. I had to pinch the metal strip of the mask tight around my nose and just breathe though my mask.
That's fucking bullshit! If you don't give any more of a shit about your own life to not become morbidly obese, or to at least maintain some semblance of hygiene...don't fucking look at health care workers like we're a bunch of fucking monkeys that are at your bidding. If you spent 40 fucking years trying to kill yourself, don't be an asshole when we're a little perturbed when you come to us with your problems regarding your personal neglect.

No mention of fatness or dieting. Just good advice. If you're too insecure to take it, that sounds like a you problem.
